If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Platform Purpose

Skill Stakk provides tools to create and share developer portfolios, and to manage optional private documents and references via share links.

No outcome guarantees: We do not guarantee employment opportunities, recruitment outcomes, profile visibility, ranking, or traffic.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant Skill Stakk a limited license to host, store, process, display, and distribute your User Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service, including indexing and displaying public profile content.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the rights to upload and share the User Content
Your User Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws

4. Public vs Private Content

Public profile content is accessible to anyone on the internet and may be indexed by search engines.
Private documents and references are accessible only via share links you create (and to you as the owner).

You control sharing: You are responsible for creating, distributing, and revoking share links. If a link is forwarded or accessed by an unintended party, we are not responsible.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Data will always be secure or immune from unauthorized access
Analytics or metrics will be complete or perfectly accurate

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Stakk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Skill Stakk is not liable for unauthorized access or exposure of content caused by share-link distribution, user error, third-party actions, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create security/legal risks.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
